Hope Delivered by Acts of Kindness, and Dreams Supported by Love In order to help build Xiamen with love, and to serve people with heart, on the morning of August 25, 2022, Women’s Federation of Xiamen and Women and Children Development Foundation held a scholarship awarding ceremony for “Caring for Vulnerable Groups with Love” at the Women’s Museum of Women’s Federation of Xiamen. On behalf of Luo Lih-Fen Holding, Liao Lanying, the director of the Office of the President, attended the event together with representatives of other good-hearted units and good-hearted people.

At the ceremony, Luo Lih-Fen Holding, together with other good-hearted units and good-hearted representatives, distributed public welfare grants to 652 poor students. The aided students all expressed that, they would redouble their efforts in their future study and life, live up to expectations and repay the society with excellent results.
