As the only Chinese enterprise winner in IFSCC 2021 International Conference (Mexico), Luo Lih-Fen is invited to attend one of the prestigious events with the highest standards in Chinese cosmetics industry and share the winning paper in the IFSCC International Conference and related technology achievements.

Meanwhile, "Narcissus Tazetta Extract" that was researched and developed independently by Luo Lih-Fen won the award of "Top 10 Innovative Cosmetic Raw Materials" and "IFSCC Excellent Paper Award (China)" of this conference. At the conference, Dr. Hsiao Tzu-Chih of Luo Lih-Fens R&D Center introduced Luo Lih-Fens innovations and applications in the development of cosmetic raw materials for years to guests during his presentation of the Analysis of Monosaccharide Composition of Narcissus Tazetta Polysaccharide and Research on Efficacy Evaluation of Cosmetics. The award of Top 10 Posters of IFSCC 2021 International Conference (Mexico) and two big awards of Huangpu International Cosmetic Technology and Innovation Conference are Luo Lih-Fens outstanding achievements in R&D and innovation of cosmetic raw materials.
