  Ms. Luo Lihfen officially took up her duties as the third director of the China International Leaders Association of the International Leadership Foundation( ILF) and the inauguration ceremony was held ceremoniously in Taipei.

  Ms. Luo Lihfen, the new director of the Association, visited Mr.Ma Ying-jeou in Taipei on April 18th with the team of the founders of ILF. During the visit, Ms. Luo Lifen directly reported the new "Young Ambassadors" training program to Mr.Ma Ying-jeou, which helps outstanding young talents to get more accesses to international stage and growth experience.

  As the third director of the China International Leaders Association of the International Leadership Foundation( ILF for short), president Ms. Luo Lihfen upholds the philosophy of cultivating outstanding young people, devotes herself to inheritance and education and accepts speech invitations of many higher education institutions.

 President Ms. Luo Lihfen was invited by professor Chen Mingzhang, dean of Management Institution in Taipei, to attend the 2015-2016 Awards of University Teaching Excellence Program hosted by University of South China. The Gracious Speech with the theme of "Management, Profits And Success" Entrepreneurial And Innovative Business Experience Sharing gave a boost to many present young students.
