Education funding brings hope and love to inspire dreams. To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 13th National Congress of Chinese Women, advance the All-China Women's Federation's "Spring Bud Plan-Dream of the Future" initiative, and ensure the outcomes of women and children's charitable efforts effectively benefit women and children. On August 16, 2024, The Xiamen Women's Federation and the Xiamen Women and Children's Foundation hosted the "Under the Same Blue Sky" and the 2024 "Love Spring Buds • Walking with Love" grant distribution ceremony at the Women's Building. Liao Lanying, Director of the President's Office, attended the event on behalf of Luo Lifen Group together with representatives of other charitable organizations and caring individuals.

At the event, Zhuang Haiying, president of the Municipal Women's Federation, gave a speech: introducing the content of public welfare projects, the total funding and the number of recipients of this year's "Spring Bud Project".
