The Dragon Boat Festival, a cherished traditional Chinese holiday, embodies the spirit and emotions of the nation, enriched with deep cultural significance and patriotic sentiment, and accompanied by the fragrant aromas of glutinous rice and mugwort leaves. To harness the cultural and patriotic essence of the Dragon Boat Festival and to joyfully welcome this traditional holiday, the Party branch, trade union, Communist Youth League, and Women’s Committee of the company organized the 8th "Master Craftsman" Zongzi Wrapping Competition under the theme "Aromatic Zongzi Leaves, Strengthening Government-Business Ties" on the afternoon of June 6 at the Practical Training Hall in the Progress Building. Leaders from various partnering institutions, including the Non-Public Party Committee, Tax Bureau, Social Management Bureau, Market Supervision Bureau, District Health and Family Planning Commission, and Jinshan Central Primary School, were invited to join in the celebration, adding a festive, traditional charm to the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival.

Ms. Luo Lih-Fen, Chairwoman of the Group, attended the competition and, on behalf of the company, extended her heartfelt thanks to all the leaders present and wished the participants success in the competition. She emphasized that as Chinese citizens, it is our responsibility and duty to preserve and promote the traditions of the Dragon Boat Festival.

Lin Tongyuan, Deputy Director of the Tax Bureau in the Taiwan Business District, spoke on behalf of the participating organizations, expressing his gratitude to the company for organizing such a meaningful event. He expressed hope that the event would further strengthen the bonds between the partnering institutions.

The competition commenced with a dance performance titled Enduring Love by the Beauty Industry Academy, followed by a recitation of Qu Yuan's Li Sao by members of the Human Resources Administration Department, Finance Department, and Beauty Industry Academy.

With skilled hands in motion, fragrant zongzi leaves and glistening grains of glutinous rice were quickly transformed into green, plump zongzi. The lively and joyous atmosphere was filled with wishes for happiness and well-being.

After intense competition, the judges selected the first, second, and third prizes, along with participation awards, based on the quantity, speed, quality, and appearance of the zongzi.

Cultural inheritance does not happen overnight; it lies in every little detail. As the summer air fills with the scent of mugwort, we wrap zongzi to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. This event not only allowed participants to experience, feel, and taste the essence of the Dragon Boat Festival but also served as a successful journey of cultural preservation and emotional connection.
