In order to help new employees know the companys management system, corporate culture, cultivate professional quality, and adapt to their job responsibility more quickly, under the careful organization of the companys HR Administration Department, the new employee training session was successfully held in Practical Operation Classroom 1 on December 21.

This training is comprehensive and covering a wide-range and is divided into three parts. Firstly, organizing new employees for a visit of the companys office and factory areas. Secondly, conducting intensive lectures covering various aspects such as corporate culture, basic professional etiquette, personnel management systems, management system knowledge, information systems, safety and environmental sanitation, etc. These detailed explanations aimed to deepen the understanding of the company among new employees, enhancing their sense of identity, belonging, and mission. Thirdly, organizing a forum for new employees to face-to-face discussions, which allowed them to know each other, initiating a self-introduction, share their thoughts and aspirations regarding their work life since starting, and provide constructive suggestions for the companys development.

Wang Li, the Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department, systematically explained the corporate culture and basic business etiquette. With the development of the market economy, a companys production and operation activities are not only about product competition, but also about cultural competition. Helping new employees understand the corporate culture can motivate them to strive for the development of the company. Etiquette, as part of the service, is the window through which the company faces customers. By learning etiquette, new employees can develop the habit of understanding, practicing, and maintaining etiquette, making the companys service more standardized and institutionalized.

Lin Mei, the compensation specialist from the HR administration department, presented a course on personnel management system. During the training session, Lin Mei explained the various company’s regulations by interpreting documents related to employee attendance, leave quests, and other relevant policies, enabling everyone to have a clear understanding of the companys regulations. Through training, new employees proactive and enthusiastic attitudes in work can be further enhanced, promoting the companys development with a positive work ethic.

Zhan Lingling, the head of the Intellectual Property Department, gave a detailed explanation of the companys management system knowledge, covering three main aspects: an group introduction, basic system introduction, and key management requirements of the group. This helped everyone to have a preliminary understanding of the companys management system knowledge from a holistic perspective and understand the importance of the management system.

The company has been sparing no effort in promoting the construction of information systems. Li Zhaokun, the manager of the Information Department, delivered a explanation of information security, the usage of the companys OA system and enterprise WeChat. Everyone unanimously agreed that through learning, their understanding of information systems has been greatly improved, realizing the importance of information technology in optimizing business processes and improving efficiency.

Ensuring safe and environmental production is the best way to reduce production costs. Yang Renhui, the chief of the Production Department, brought training on safety, environment, and hygiene. His session featured both theoretical explanations and case analysis, providing valuable guidance for all in enhancing safety, environmental stewardship, and hygiene standards.

Deputy General Manager Wang Zhenhua summarized the training session with a discussion with the employees, carefully listening to the suggestions and opinions proposed by the new staffs and responding one by one. He hoped that through this learning session, everyone can apply what they have learned in their work, continuously improve themselves, realize their own value in their respective positions, actively strive for progress, integrate into the company, root themselves in the company, make progress together with the company, and grow side by side.

This training session enable the new employees to gain a deeper understanding of the company, significantly enhanced their team awareness and cohesion, laied a talent foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
