On August 30th, the Xiamen Women and Children Development Foundation held its election meeting and the first meeting of the third council at the Women's Building. At the meeting, Zhuang Haiying, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Xiamen Women’s Federation, awarded a ‘Special Thanks’ plaque to Ms. Luo Lih-Fen, the Chairman of Luo Lih-Fen Group. Ms. Luo Lih-Fen expressed her gratitude to the leaders at all levels for their recognition of Luo Lih-Fen Group. She said, “In the future, we will continue to fulfill our missions and contribute to society through concrete actions, making the world full of love and beauty.”

On the day of the meeting, Xiamen Women's Federation and Xiamen Women and Children Development Foundation also held the 2023 'Caring for Spring Bud, Go ahead with Love' Scholarship Award Ceremony. Ms. Luo Lih-Fen attended the event together with caring enterprises and individuals from all walks of life.

At the event, Ms. Luo Lih-Fen, together with caring enterprises and individuals from all walks of life, sponsored 615 impoverished students. The group hopes that the assisted students will cherish their dreams with gratitude, change their destiny with knowledge, and live a wonderful and valuable life.
