Lin Liqing, Vice Director of Zhangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Xu Ming, Second Grade Researcher of the Taiwanese Investment Zone Management Committee, Wu Xuefei, Director of Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Lin Jianping, President of Fujian Daily Chemicals Association, and other leaders attended this study meeting. City and district bureau of intellectual property business section (unit) and assistant officers from the city's 13 daily chemical industry, enterprise intellectual property staff and representatives of the member units of Fujian Daily Chemicals Association to participate in the study.

At the study meeting, Yang Huiqiong, Section Chief of Cosmetics Supervision Section of the City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Dai Weiqiang, Second Grade Director Section Member of Intellectual Property Protection Section, respectively, on the registration and filing of cosmetics and supervision of intellectual property rights related issues and enterprise e-commerce appearance patent protection practices for lectures and communications and discussions. Huang Zhenxiang, Chairman of Xiamen Xianglong Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. and Chen Guowei, Product Manager of the Inclusive Finance Department of Industrial Bank Zhangzhou Branch, gave lectures on the analysis of difficult cases of trademark authentic right and protection right and coping strategies as well as intellectual property rights pledge financing practices. Finally, Lin Liqing, Vice Director of City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, introduced in detail the functions of the intellectual property wisdom supervision platform and the subsequent use of the platform by enterprises.
