In order to implement the spirit of the Opinion on Implementing the Strategy of Building a Strong Province of Talents in the New Era issued by the Provincial Party Committee (M.W.F [2022] No. 4) and further strengthen the construction of postdoctoral research and innovation platforms in our province, the Company actively participated in the selection of postdoctoral innovation practice bases organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. After careful consideration by the Department, the Company was successfully selected.

This selection will contribute to promoting the integration of industry, academia, and research and attracting high-level talents. It will further strengthen the Company’s independent innovation capability and enhance its core competitiveness. Seizing this opportunity, the Company will consider the establishment of this base as a long-term strategic project for the introduction and cultivation of postdoctoral talents. We will deepen cooperation with universities that have postdoctoral programs, promote the organic combination of industry, academia, and research, and continuously enhance talent development and research capabilities to accelerate the transformation of research achievements.
