On the afternoon of April 16, Luo Lih-Fen Holding—Juwenlee (Fujian) Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and Huaqiao University held a signing ceremony for "Developing MOF Smart Carriers for Targeted Delivery of Cosmetic Actives". Luo Lih-Fen Holding—Juwenlee (Fujian) Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and Huaqiao University signed an R&D and cooperation agreement on "Developing MOF Smart Carriers for Targeted Delivery of Cosmetic Actives" to jointly build a scientific research platform for the "Design and Application of Smart Nano Carrier" and create an era of "Smart" cosmetics together. This cooperation focuses on promoting the application of MOF with the effects of targeted delivery and smart release of cosmetic active substances in cosmetics, and improving the absorption rate and biodegradability of functional ingredients in cosmetics at the same time, and provide consumers with safer and more effective cosmetics.
