Current engineering and environmental protection situation: The construction project of Jiawenli (Fujian) Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is located in Baijiao Industrial Park, Zhangzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone, mainly engaged in the production and sales of hair care, skincare, and beauty modification cosmetics. The current production scale of the project is an annual output of 700 tons of cosmetics, with a building area of 24952.54 square meters.

The construction unit commissioned the South China Environmental Science Research Institute of the State Environmental Protection Administration to prepare the "Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Production, Assembly, and Processing of Cosmetics and Beauty Instruments" in November 2006, and it was approved by the Zhangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau on November 24, 2006. The cosmetics production line (with an annual output of 200 tons) and beauty equipment production line (with an annual output of 1200 sets) projects were put into trial production in November 2008, and passed the environmental protection completion acceptance of Zhangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau on March 18, 2011; The Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the 500 ton Cosmetics Expansion Project of Jiawenli (Fujian) Cosmetics Co., Ltd., commissioned by Hebei Normal University Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in December 2017, was approved by the Environmental Safety Bureau of Zhangzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone on June 4, 2018; On July 30, 2018, it passed the environmental protection completion acceptance of Zhangzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone Environmental Safety Bureau.
