Jiawenli (Fujian) Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luo Lifen Group under Luo Lifen Holdings Co., Ltd. It mainly engages in the integrated operation of research and development, production, and sales of hair care, skincare, and beauty modification cosmetics. In terms of business management, the company continuously optimizes and standardizes its business processes and management systems, and has developed corresponding document specifications from supplier management, material management, production process management, product shipment and sales management, product complaint and recall management, etc. It has passed ISO22716 Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, Industrialization and Informatization Integration Management System, and Safety Production Standardization Level 3 certification, and continues to promote ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Safety Production Standardization Level 2, etc.

The company focuses on technological innovation, and on the basis of independent research and development innovation, promotes the combination of school enterprise cooperation, industry university research, and has hired industry experts and scholars, established an expert advisory committee, and guided and promoted the company's technological innovation and development. We have four major formula technologies and have obtained 9 invention patents, 23 design patents, and 11 utility model patents. Up to now, I have participated in the formulation of 4 national or industry standards. In 2018, the company established a joint laboratory for efficacy evaluation of the beauty professional line with the China National Institute of Daily Chemical Industry.
