On the afternoon of March 1st, 2016, the 11th Session of the 12th Executive Board Meeting of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) was held in the 2nd Huating hall of Xinyue Building, C&D Hotel, Huli, Xiamen. More than 350 people, including the Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce, leaders of the Chamber of Commerce, members of the 12th executive committee and supervisors attended the meeting. Xu Zhidian, chairman of the labor union of LUO LIH-FEN Group, attended the meeting on behalf of the Group.

At the meeting, the award ceremony of the benevolent enterprise of 2015 "Nonprofit Blood Donation of Ten Thousand Employees from Hundreds of Enterprises" was launched grandly. As the representative of benevolent enterprises, LUO LIH-FEN Group accepted the award and praise conferred by Ke Xiping, chairman of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Qin, secretary of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce Zeng Qi , chairman of the supervisory board of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce, Dong Rensheng, vice chairman of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce and Wang Xingyu, former deputy director of Xiamen Municipal People's Congress, and Wang Qunxiu from Xiamen blood transfusion center.
