On 15th Oct 2020, “REVIVE” Beauty Industry Leaders Summit was held at Dragon Dream Diamond Hotel in Huzhou of Zhejiang Province. The signing ceremony of the project contract was held at the conference site, aiming to promote the upgraded service of the “Personal Customization” through making full use of the advantages of both sides and to initiate a new development of LUO LIH-FEN in precise skin-care field.

Especially the traditional stores, which rely on offline operations, need to grow more urgently. Cao Hu, Chief executor of China region and global partner of Kotler Marketing Group, made the speech themed as “The growth of beauty industry in the digital age: A customer-centric growth strategy”. In the speech, he analyzed the industry trend, counter-trend growth cases, and the driving factors of stable growth in the strategy of sound circle between the products to services and to the users, which will strengthen the foundation construction for further and more development possibility, and has provided a “Survival Guide ”for enterprise eagerly seeking for growth.

“We must build two pillars if we are to achieve growth. The first is to build a growth moat; the second is to find a growth lever. An enterprise must construct a growth moat, without which it cannot do business. The moat is stolen or imitated by others, and only its own hard-working and time accumulation. Regarding the growth lever, the customers, products, channels, the essential of the marketing technology is to get insight into the hearts of people, enhance the life-long value of customers, and provide customers with a complete set of product solutions.
